I had the same thoughts mate! I think that GOW at least at those location of the game (Desert of lost souls) it sould has a map ..... Map is probably the only thing that miss from this awesome game!

Well... that was a slightly awkward path through the Desert. lol I know where all the Chests are, but I ALWAYS end up forgetting at least one. So the guide was very helpful.
