18:34 as a side note (in case you didn't know) that garbage air grab on the satyrs always deals 0DMG. 11:49 only GoW1 and 2 have powerful collisons, the rest of the series have meh collision dmg. Other than that, very good showcase. Edit : the difficulty/souls/modern gamers rant was spot on😂

The kind where they put it through something like a prototype machine translator. I did not even understand what the fuck that driving test wanted me to do, so I ended up cheating through it via gameshark. But eventually I got my hands on an english version, and my dad told me what I needed to do, so I passed it. After like a 100 attempts))

6:04 Yeah, I get ya! When I was a child, I played Rayman 3 and was terrified of the Dessert of the Knaaren! The whole thing gave me nightmares as a kid! Now, when I play it I still get a little unsettled every time I go in! Granted it is an easier game, but the general idea is the same!

Man that level was my kryptonite for the longest time along with the ghosts from Sonic Adventure 2. Now neither of them really bother me as much but I do still get a small response when I play those levels.

I get what you mean about the past traumas. I'll probably never forget being stuck on the clones on God mode for what felt like an eternity. It's probably my defining memory of this game, along with the cool rubix cube design of Pandora's temple. Then you see people beating the clones with no upgrades and it really shows you just how dedicated and skilled they are. 18:53 Great players like GodfatherDictator keeping the name of Ninja Gaiden alive.

Great showcase. >Minotaur Tormentor Indeed one of the hardest versions of these enemies. I have them as my second favorite, second to Hades Minotaur from GoW II. 13:20 The horror wall 😁 Note: For some reason the devs made air grab on Satyrs deal 0 damage. Maybe a bug or an oversight because it certainly does damage in next entries. The first game has quite a few 0DMG stuff in it to be honest. The Centaur has that shove that is 0 damage. Minotaur's counter after he blocks or when you try to false grab him is also 0 damage as far as I remember.

I think it's sometimes better to approach an encounter in a more interesting way while taking damage rather than being anal about "no damage"
