1:28 is clearly quality loss due to video the compression. Pc quality is almost the exact same but more contrasted with deeper blacks

I just checked my recordings folder. One of the recordings for GoW:R on PC was ~17.20 mins clocking it at 6.20 GB. The PS5 recording was ~18.40 mins and also clocked in at 6.22 GB. That's more or less 1 GB for every 3 minutes of recording for both. Furthermore, PS5 was recorded in WEBM and PC was recording in MP4. WEBM is far newer and supports supports more efficient codecs so that still doesn't explain the huge loss in detail even when you finalize the project. It's more of an issue with the PS5 hardware more than anything else since you can't even record in 4K with VRR on the PS5.
