God of War Ragnarok runs excellently well on PC no doubt. And FSR3 Frame Gen steals the show at 4K, providing much better frame rates than DLSS 3 Frame Gen !! Thanks to PlayStation for the Review Code.

How are amd gpus handeling in general on the gales we have today? Do devs/amd update their firmware software enough to keep up with nvidea?

the drivers are on par with nvidia. i have used both an nvidia and amd gpu. its mostly a question of whether you want ray tracing or not.

@@ok-yv6bj well i want them offcourse but yeah… i have 3070ti so i always use dlss or fsr 3.0/3.1 i have the feeling you have both of best worlds on nvidea right now , offcourse because amd released fsr for all users… if the price gab is big then maybe i would consider but i have to look into it

We can wait for 8000 series because AMD claims that they will use AI Upscaling and boost RT performance, 7000 series will also included. As for now drivers for gaming, amd and nvidia is close enough but for workstations amd need a very long way to go.

The ray tracing performance of 7800 xt is on par with the 4070 with FSR3 Fg in most of the games apart from the path tracing ones which is anyway unplayable at max setttings even on a 4070.
