Normal Rugal's eye is orochi though and he is already strong enough. Ultimate Rugal should have sent Shin Akuma and Oni to the sewers lol.

Hell no...that was lazy writing by capcom to combine the 2 franchises. Notice only rugal benefits from the story by having some of Akuma mives while Akyma only has his own moveset. Akuma in this game is no different in moveset and 33 hit raging demon than in street fighter alpha 3. Akuma has no benefit to the story. Orochi didn't do anything extra for him that he already was b4

In Akuma's Canon...his power level would give him this power and more...which is why I said orichi has nothing to do eith akuma...it was only used for the purchase of merging the 2 franchises

Akuma defense stats are not that great and you can tell his defense was buffed to win this match. In any form akuma defense sucks. You can also tell god rugal offensive has been toned down. This match could have gone either way but modified for akuma to win. Not impressed
