I just want to encourage anyone reading my words that God DOES have a plan. But His ways are NOT our ways. I now realize whenever I try to take control of a situation, relationship, my destiny, whatever it is, the outcome is NEVER favorable. But He lets me try it my way, sits back until I see/realize/understand and finally SURRENDER to HIS will, then he once again meets me in my muck, pulls me UP out of the ditch, dusts me off, gets me back on my path and points me in the right direction. Forgive ONE person in your life for something (a hurt, betrayal, altercation, violation, sin, injustice, Let it eat away at your heart and over time can destroy the most well-intended heart. I need to remind you (but mostly I am reminding myself) that hurt people hurt people. And by you forgiving them does not mean you are freeing them from the offense, but instead freeing YOURSELF. Im hearing you are to HOLD ON and your desires will be fulfilled. Their is an appointed time and it will be worth the wait.

She can’t hold down a job, she screams and yells, she lies, she brings the kids to school late a lot, she has no friends or family that is willing to take her in. I too prayed for more faith and then I saw God's hand move in my life. He made the impossible possible and that is what strengthen my faith. And from then on, I noticed that he'd answer my prayers too. Faith comes from hearing and hearing from the word of God. His word is alive just as he is. Trust God, He knows and hear and see. Nothing is too hard for Him. He is the great I AM.

I am 14 years old going into my freshman year of high school. I’ve been born in a Christian household and have been learning all about God and going to church. I was never an obedient child and I am very unloving towards my mom, sister, and father. I’ve fallen into the sin of lust, greed, jealousy, and pride. I lack a good relationship with God and can’t seem to find my way out of this whirlpool of sins. I am discouraged in faith and am so lacking in motivation and hard work to follow God. I want to follow God and center my life on him. Help me God.

It's completely understandable to feel overwhelmed at times, especially during such a big transition like starting high school. Remember, everyone struggles with their faith and relationships at some point. Take it one step at a time, and don't hesitate to reach out for support from your family or church community. In 27yrs the Lord must have done something that you can be grateful for; whether it be some kindness or favor you received from others or some form of His grace over your situations, or days that He gave you a special custom made message of encouragement. The key is to hold on to those memories when you're going through your dry wilderness season. Dwell on the good that He has shown you. Remember and recall. Read Psalms and Lamentations chp 3. May the Lord bless and keep you in Jesus name 🙏🏾
