I was feeling this way in this moment, and this song came to mind. Saw your comment and totally get where you’re coming from but what helps me is refocusing on God himself, and releasing the “idea” of what we “thought” God meant from “those” who “took us” to church. I had a preconceived idea of what having a relationship was. I thought being in the church was what makes the relationship with God real, so to speak, but he has been rewiring me to full commitment to him and not the church building. So now when we go back to church after Covid no one will be able to interrupt our connection because he is my focus no matter what I see them people doing 😂.

They don't sing them like this anymore. I've been on a bed of affliction many times and the doctors didn't know what to do. My appendix had burst and poison was in my bloodstream. They didn't want to operate. But they did thinking that I was going to die on the table. They were completely in the dark. They didn't have a clue about what to do. But guess what... God did!!!
