Regarding what is being said in this video about God sending a crazy woman who wants to have sex to test his people makes me think of: James 1:13 "Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am being tempted by God,” for God cannot be tempted with evil, and he himself tempts no one.".

I was also confused regarding the same. But when I read some verses in the Bible, for eg, Matthew 4:1 & Luke 22:31-32, I think maybe the devil, after seeking permission from God, tempts and tests us to make our faith waver. And God expects us to resist those temptations from devil and prove that our faith is strong enough.

An addition to above, Abraham's faith was tested directly by God, but it was not through temptations but through direct command from the Lord to see whether Abraham would obey it. Temptations are from the devil only.
