Season 11 seemed like the perfect finale. All major factions come together and agree on a cease fire, God and Lucifer make amends, The Darkness is stopped, and the Winchesters go about their lives. The Men of Letters and Mary Winchester would return, but I would’ve been ok if that was resolved in a spin-off series of some sort.

I hated that episode because one it doesn’t make sense because Chuck would win eventually due to this strategic mind and experience and two the two had made up in season 11 and then all of sudden she’s just against him. It’s just stupid. But yeah they’re literally equal in power. Also Chuck isn’t going to die because the universe would collapse or whatever they said before. They’re probably going to trap him and Amara’s going to keep him company or Chuck is going to pretend to lose and let them be happy as he continues to write the story. Gabriel was admittedly in hiding, whether or Chuck knew that is a bit debatable, but more than likely the writers at the time opted to just write him off as dead, until retconning that death (to kill him again) in Supernatural's much worse seasons.

Okay peeps here's the deal. Michael Lucifer Amara Metatron and OG Death have stated that God is nothing more than a wrathful monster that will finger snap you out of existence. We have seen pieces of his real self since his appearance from season 11. The God that Sam and Dean have seen most of the time is just a character just like the rest of reality. Angels, Archangels, Amara and demons they're real. However, the monsters that Dean and Sam aren't considering that God put them there to fuck with the Winchesters. Also as explained by Castiel, everything was nothing more than a story created by Chuck. However, Jack was like this anomaly

Likely Jack while not as powerful as God was already superior to Archangels. And he still was growing so maybe his power would increase. And think of it like this. He only absorbed AU Michael’s grace to restore his power. Maybe his original source or Grace would return in time and add more strength to him making him a real threat to God. I have always said God is likely 4 times as powerful as an Archangel and Amara is 8 times more powerful. As to why God made Four Archangels and not more to deal with Amara.

Well, the real reason is that the later seasons’ plot weren’t planned when S11 was written. So, at this time it was assumed that Gabriel would never return. But looking at it from retrospect of the end of S14’s revelation, God lied about it all to make the story more exciting. Having all of the archangels wouldn’t have been very climactic.

Here's the interesting thing about this. It is established that Amara is not a God. Meaning she can't create, only destroy or devour ( as seen her devouring most of god's being when attacking him ). God on the other hand can create things that are well capable of messing her up, as we see her getting decicively weakened by them. Now ... why wouldn't he simply make himself so powerful that absolutly nothing would even have a chance to ever stand up to him, including Death, and the Darnkness etc. Unless, and this is what makes the most sense to me, he literaly let's all of that happen, just to keep the story interesting. It's just all *HIS* story ... This makes me question if any of the other primordials are even real or at least were actualy created by *him* in the first place.

I've watched this so many times and it never gets old. Feels like I'm actually watching how it went down IRL... or will or would go down? LOL You know it's good when you feel it's real. This universe is based on light & dark, yin & yang, good & evil. Its never made much sense to me that "God" (light) just existed and then created darkness as a balance. He created Lucy knowing he'd defy him. Blah blah blah. I do find it an interesting twist that Chuck & Amara are bro & sis and she very clearly pointed out there was no father. How could they be siblings then?! Who knows - Maybe in the finale all will be answered. So sad to see all this end. Then again, nothing ever stays dead in Supernatural.

Do you ever compare seasons to seasons? It's really fun to see certain "flaws" or lines in the script. Like when old death said he'll reap God, not only it can be foreshadowing (i hope) but in the season 11 final Billie said she would reap God and now she is the new death. Or when god said he can't bring back Gabriel even though he was alive (barely) so it really makes you think

What happens when the darkness and light merge....it brings the dawn. In legend yes amara is real. Known as Hel. Following the legends of my ancestors the nephilim and their descendants the Olympians and the Titans then they're descendants as well, the Norse gods yes were real. The chains that are supposed to be laid upon the red dragon in the final conflict as he is cast into the lake of fire are the same chains used to enchain Hera after she attempted to overthrow Zeus with Hades and Ares. She was held for a time until the Norse gods required the chains to hold Loki, his serpent son Jormugand and Fenrir to a boulder. Jormungand is said to hold Hel in the underworld because his gigantic size is blocking the entrance. When Heaven comes to prepare for the final conflict and gather their arms they'll retrieve the chains which will set loose Loki, Jormungand, Hel (amara), and my great great great great great great great grandfather Fenrir which will kick off ragnarok. Heimdall will see what is transpiring and sound his horn to warn the Norse gods of the coming conflict which on earth will sound like the 7 trumpets of God to the Catholics and Christian's who will prepare for the rapture and the events will cascade like domino's from there into Armegeddon, which will be the last great war between Heaven and Hell on earth which started 80,000 years ago and is still being fought today obviously. By Norse prophecy the only survivors of their branch are the 2 sons of Thor.
