People need to be reminded that Amara allowed herself to be smited by Heaven so that God could probably notice her. And yes she did get injured and had to be healed. Only because she lowered her guard. Here she doesn't even flinch considering that she's now done playing around. This would be shown when Donnie, Sam, Metatron, and Dean go to rescue Lucifer. You can tell Amara no longer wants to screw around.

They had no idea how to keep raising the stakes. They managed to atleast raise the stakes until season 11, then went on a tangent in season 12, after which they tried to get back on course but had to retcon a lot.
