An ego death really? Yeh thats one of the toughest spiritual lessons. It changes you for the better, in really deep ways. Although it doesnt feel that great to begin with! It's not my job to teach her.. its her journey of self discovery, her job to pick apart her own thought patterns.. her job to see what makes her content or, how the toxic people in her life have made her think like them.
