Nah, there's quite a lot of sane characters: March, Himeko, Yanqing, Pela, Lynx and Hook(being a hyperactive rascal doesn't qualify as even slightly insane imo). They're completely sane without any trauma or other similar psychological issues.

Relics, trace lvl and supports are the ways to do big pp dmg. If you have traces and supports all built, then Ig you need to relic farm for a while. My IL with s5 LC from Herta shop could do at least around 100k dmg at 70/100 Crit ratio with Pela, Tingyun and Luocha in the team(so pretty budget team, as Luocha doesn't help with IL dmg). So yeah, just do what I said and your Danny should wreck enemies with ease
