yea absolutely. It is nice that you can choose to play it casually. But hard mode is more DS mode and a lot of fun. Most bosses become more fluid and fun in the endgame versions.

@@UmbraWeiss Look man... I've played both Warframe (1500hrs) and Destiny 2 (just a little bit since it never grabbed me)... Both these games are repetitive af and Godfall is the same... what grabbed me with Warframe are the shiny gorgeous Warframes and the super fun combat system that is very unique with every build you make that makes you feel like an OP badass... I'm glad Godfall goes more the way of Warframe than Destiny 2 cause Destiny 2 is competing for the most overrated game I've ever played honestly... story is ok and sometimes good, combat system is very very overrated compared to Warframe and all in all it's just an ok game while Warframe is by far the most intuitive looter ever made apart from Diablo... Godfall isn't nearly as intuitive as Warframe but it's really really fun when you kill stuff which in a looter it's 99% of the success since you'll be killing stuff 99% of the time... Also the environment is very shiny but it's also gorgeous... yeah, it's repetitive but coming from a small studio with limited resources? It's a fucking MASTERPIECE in terms of graphics... plus, if you don't admit the Valorplates look absolutely GLORIOUS then you're biased af Anyway... Godfall is not a masterpiece of a game by any means... HOWEVER it's not nearly as bad as people say it is and it's only gonna get better because as I said it comes from a small studio and not a big corporate giant... and do you know what small studios do that huge giants don't? They actually CARE about their game and try to improve it for the good of the community and they listen to the player base... try making EA listen to anything but your bank account...

The Legendary sword is from a special edition I guess, it's the sword of Zer0, a character from Borderlands series(both games have the same publisher Gearbox).

To answer the legendary sword zero. Its a sword you got for preordering the game. Its not a standard drop post release. It also gets out scaled by other weapons and is build dependent based on the bonuses it gives. Its really only Legendary because its only obtainable through pre order

People keep saying it's generic high fantasy but compared to what? The only other high fantasy games I've played are Aion, Blade&Soul and GW2 and so far this one looks closest to Aion but with upgraded graphics. It's a big plus in my book.

I think you easily going through the game is because you are playing on a easier difficulty. I don't know why they made it not challenging at a lower difficulty but I would highly recommend playing this game only on its HARD difficulty .. Make sure before starting a new mission to change the difficulty. The challenge that you are searching for and the consequence of dying n such is present in the hard difficulty. Trust that the game gets wayy more fun at that difficulty. Hope you make another video on this game playing at that difficulty.

@@DraconasTenZHG Very little content for the price, boring af story, very unoptimized at launch (devs said you needed a card with 11GB VRAM for 1080p which is ludicrous), no endgame, pretty bad boss fights... One of the worst o=ffenders were the Valorplates, which were supposed to be similar to Warframes, that ended up being essentially different skins; most of the abilities were almost identical and the only difference other than looks was a different elemental bonus iirc.

@@georgepajeejo7045 I just think that the core gameplay, the depth of the systems, the lore, the design ... is way better than Godfall. And it's free, runs great on a low end system and has a huge and usually great community. But try out Godfall if you want to. It's fun for a little while, but gets repetitive real fast. Unfortunately it costs money to try. Maybe do the Steam refund if you don't like it.

YEAH I've been waiting for this one. Finished Watching: OK, this was a great first impressions. So glad you're doing these for games like this. I stopped playing after about 2 hours thinking "Alright...I THINK this is going to be worth playing? But I'm gonna hit 60 in Classic WoW before TBC hits, and then come back...maybe." And then YS 9 Monstrum Nox came out and I forgot other videogames existed. (OMG please play/review that game, please) Watching this gets me pretty hyped to actually play/finish Godfall. (While I wait for pokemon snap...coughcough) I'd buy a hat with BIGDMG on it.

Still can't believe they released this at full price, what a complete ripoff. And I have to disagree with the "Levels aren't linear" on the Pros. Yes the game starts with a semi-open area but it gets progressively worse as the game goes on becoming a narrow corridor that leads into a small arena with mobs / repeat.

@@Beatmastapat09 if you look at steam reviews, its clear which one of the 2 is superior. although Last Epoch DOES have promises and nice features, it also has some fatal bugs and mistakes to fix. its quite alot so you can read them below in steam reviews. while Grim Dawn, already has multiple DLC's which are all promosing and really good. while the base game it self is really good. and has minor bugs/ 0 bugs.

This gave me Aion and SkyForge Vibes. I really miss spinning for the win on a Gladiator or Beserker and using multiple weapons. I do see some issues. If there is no challenge it's not really worth doing. The grinding does look fun. I could see myself grinding to get good using the multiple weapon and Armor Options. No mini map would be annoying but the exploration would also be a pro. I love roaming around as an independent badass, building my fortune.
