The statements made by the third accused ( Mr Jakpa ), are not mere allegations. They are called testimonies. This means that they are now part of the official court proceedings of Ghana. They are not mere hearsay. Also, if the testimony presented by the third accused is found to be factually untrue, then dire consequences await the third accused, as proscribed by the Constitution of Ghana.

Stop the politics, she is a lawyer regardless of the political party she sides with. What the AG has done is very serious in regard to professional legal ethics. We even have the right to now question his conduct in previous cases. Some people may be sitting in jail now due to no fault of their own but by the misconduct of the AG.
