It's crazy too, because when you get older you wanna hear about the old times, and you wanna hear them tell you. I miss hearing those stories now. My grandfather became a citizen from Mexico in 1935, and he worked for Southern Pacific railroad. My dad was the youngest of 9, and he was born in 60. My grandfather died when I was 1, and I was born in 78', I miss hearing about how my dad and his older siblings grew up, with no hot water, and didn't get indoor plumbing until 65'.

At a temp job an African American said to some recent Nigerian immigrants "You Africans come here rich and don't have to pay child support to your baby mamas".I don't know where he got that info from. One of the Nigerians rode his bike to work, guess his benz was in the shop. Stereotypes sure are rampant in the US. No wonder people have stereotypes of the US.

Reminds me of how my dad always told us about how English’s was his second language and what growing up in the hood was like, his mom picked cotton for 30¢ a day and my grandfather ate rats in the desert when he migrated to America as a 10 year old boy. Like damn dad ok I’ll do the dishes 😂
