WWI Austro-Hungarian Military Song (Hungarian). This is a song/anthem of 32nd Infantry Regiment 'Maria Theresia' a Hungarian regiment.
Someone asked for more Austro-Hungarian songs and Providence found me this song on the channel Kingdom of Hungary / @kingdomofhungary
Unfortunately I do not have the lyrics in English, but here it is in "googlese" if that helps:

In the English translation the name of the kaiser is "franz Joseph" which was his official, common name. But the song says: "Franz Joe"--a colloqvial, buddy style.

Well, I couldn't find out the name of the painting. However, it depicts Austrian Marines during the Batlle of Taku Fortress in July 1900 during the Boxer Rebellion. Hope this helped a little bit :)

Do you mean South Tyrol? If you are talking about that, yes it is, but it was Austrian land. Italy had nothing to do with it, they only got it because of a treaty in their favor. Almost everybody spoke German, and was Austrian in that region.
