I actually own the 95cm octa love it but there are times I wish there was a larger one and was skeptical since its huge...but thanks to your video im confident that its not that hard to build like the 95cm cheers

oof, that's alotta work especially if you're doing multiple on location shoots. I personally would stick with the 120cm umbrella softbox instead

For disassembly I put my foot on the metal base ring and then pull the umbrella towards me right at one of the black pockets. if your foot is down and you pull towards you, it saves your hands a bit. maybe dont wear shoes when you do this. lol

I would not call it painless assembling and disassembling it. I've owned this for 6 years and it's still painful to do both things. I now just don't disassemble it unless I'm shooting on-location.
