Hello, I am a student who is learning about cameras. I bought this monitor a few days ago... and I knew that when I plugged it in with my camera body (A7M4) the screen crops. Do you know how to fix this? Please help 😭

I know this sounds lame, but how can I get the sun hood off? I'm afraid I'll break it... is there a release button or something??

Thank you! Very good product indeed. My only problem is : most of the time I shoot in XAVC S HD and not in XAVC S 4K with A7III. With this format the image doesn't take the whole screen on the Godox GM55. I have to shoot in 4K to take the whole screen... Does anybody have the solution to shoot in HD and have the whole screen anyway? Thank you again!

3:29 What is the voltage and current for the DC power supply that it needs to run the monitor? I used the 12V and 2A, it suits enough for camera viewing, but not for PC display. I want to use it as a teleprompter.

I have this monitor but it gives over saturated image on my bmpcc 4K any idea how to normalise it to match my bmpcc 4K screen

M.. I don't have it with me at the moment - I am guessing you reduced the saturation?

Want to ask the cable dc power.. which cable that suit for the godox gm55?

If I remember correctly both types of DC will work (2.5mm and 2.1mm), not sure how they did this but I asked them about this and this is the answer they gave us.

Hey! Quick question, trying to shoot with 4k 25fps on a sony a7c but the screen goes black when i press record, do you have any idea why?

What do you mean the screen on the camera turns black when the monitor is connected? (and the monitor shows an image?).

@@IddoGenuth thanks for answering. sorry for the confusion, the GM55 screen turned off when pressing the record button when recording in 4k 25fps. but i figured it out, had to set my camera to proxy off when recording.

how do u remove the hood? once the hood is on it doesnt come off. quite shitty tbh
