They stopped playing it because Efrim didn’t want to play those songs anymore. Bruce Cawdron, the drummer from 1996-2012, said explicitly to a friend of mine that they never played MF=R after reforming because Efrim was no longer interested in playing it. The same can be assumed for 09-15-00 since they haven’t played that song since 2003.

they play rocket falls on rocket fall every now and then. mf=r is probably a bit too long for a live show and they rarely do over 2 hours.
