Yes JD take these young kids fishing on a boat. They will never forget. When our boys were young we taught them all the rules and regulations and provided the basic equipment for hunting and fishing. They were planting deer plots at twelve and fourteen by hand, no tractor no plow. Our local game warden told us he had run up on them in the woods and when the oldest turned sixteen he'd run up on them at the lake. He said I watched them grow up and try and try to get the deer and ducks. The game warden told me I never caught them being disrespectful to the hunting or fishing laws. So years later I walked down to our shelter barn and there is all of this equipment that you can pull behind a four wheeler. So I ask my now grown boys where did all this equipment come from? They said mama the game warden gave us this equipment when we were young boys to plant our deer plots. I was stunned. God is good!

Fruit is good for you as a diabetic, as it has all the fiber that helps, Dont have fruit juice as all the fiber is removed, Diabetes is known as the silent killer (14:20) i am in the same position as you, but eating right and exercising has lead to my medication being reduced. Have as much protein as you can and products with full fat, anything with reduced fat has carbs added (sugar). Potatoes you can switch to sweet potatoes as they have a lower GI value, Wild rice is a good alternative to plain rice, along with Couscous and quinoa.

I with you on the pizza…I love it, and could eat it every day. Here in North East Georgia, we have a place called Your Pie…it works like a subway…you choose what you put on your pizza, and they have everything you can imagine! When you choose your toppings, they cook it in an open fire brick oven. 😗🤌🏻 Chefs kiss! Keep doing good on that diet, Godwin… I feel ya pain brother!

If you ever had a Domino's pizza with white sauce, you will never order the red sauce again! I get a supreme with white sauce. Godwin, I am going thru the same thing right now--I feel your pain! Prayers for success! Also---if you ever have offshore fish try cracker meal and Tony's. So good! We use to have a lot of Albino deer around us. I agree with Si. I saw a black panther on hwy146 towards Cleveland TX. It crossed the road and stopped as we went by slowly. Definitely a cougar. Fallow deer are white too. I have never seen an Axis that is white and sometimes I might have 200 in my pasture. Wow big catfish World record is 110 lbs.

Godwin I’ve on Keto and the food can be really good. If you get low carb tortillas, chicken, taco seasoning, and Mexican cheese you can make awesome quesadillas. Shred some cooked chicken up, put it in the stove with the taco seasoning on it and do what the instructions say on the packet. Then grill a tortilla with the cheese on top and chicken and it’s so good Praying it gets easier for you!!

48:54 when my friend told the dude at honey hole that story he was a bit not so specific.. so he told me that when he left the trap out the buzzard went down and got caught in it and so him and his dad went 3 or whatever days later and his friend later on bricked it meaning he smashed it with a brick alottt... he said “dude I would’ve sit it with a pellet gun” and that happened. Making a diet change is hard. I went no carbs for a while and Then got my A1C down. I got to where I can eat carbs now but using more protein with it. Sometimes you need some carbs for the brain. Balance it out with protein.

Praying for you, Godwin. I’ve had Type 1 diabetes for 52 years. I was 7 when diagnosed. It’s difficult at times. I take insulin through an insulin pump. I treat myself occasionally and a couple units of insulin will keep my blood sugar from spiking. It’s scary news but I think you will be ok. It’s also ok to fuss about it… don’t keep it inside.
