If it was really determined by the damage caused to another character then we would have "ghidorah" level godzilla instead of eg "country" level godzilla. The difference between the terms is insignificant most of the time. Attack potency differs from destructive capacity only if the environmental destruction happens due to some chain reaction that's not actively triggered by the character eg flash messes up timelines due to continuous time travel. His attack potency in a fight is nowhere near that level.

@@user-uj2hg8xt3e Regeneration is when a character can heal wounds(and other injuries), while Endurance is what you just said. (Sorry if im wrong or something else, its literally like 12 AM where i am, im tired as shit)

@@god-zilla437 Yes, my brother, he has a regenerative ability that allows him to survive the most severe injuries that, if the other Godzilla was exposed to him, would kill him without any doubt.
