Alabama white saus 2 cups mayonnaise ½ cup apple cider vinegar 2 Tablespoons lemon juice 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons ground black pepper 1 teaspoon salt 1 ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 to 2 teaspoons horseradish Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, cover, and chill before serving. You can add additional apple cider vinegar for a thinner sauce with a bit more bite.

I’m a little sad we won’t see any food correction videos. 😔 Being about the same age as Chef Paul, I understand where he is coming from when he says I don’t want to waste time doing something I won’t enjoy. I’m there too. 😏 However, I do like some of the creative fusion cuisine ideas that Chef Paul is proposing making videos about. It sounds fun to me. I would love to see you travel and pick up inspiration from some of your food explorations. I look forward to your upcoming trip to California and seeing what you find. (Is Chef Paul going to finally meet Uncle Roger? Will we see an epic battle to obtain the coveted Uncle title?) Inquiring viewers want to know! 🧐 Keep up the good work and have fun. Service may be service, but some kitchen managers/chefs certainly make it personal and belittling. I've seen a cook walk out in the middle of service, followed by the 'manager' just screaming slurs and expletives at her. He no longer works there after I was later thrown out of the place, like man-handled out, dragged out, for doing MY job with the band they hired. He...did that in front of the owner, and police! Owner invited me back (but not that night for obvious reasons). Had no choice but to go back...the owner sent me home with a buffet tray of food! Had to return the tray!

Great podcast! I’ve watched both of your Beat Bobby Flay episodes and both were great! I was sure the magic of TV was spoiled by reality, thanks for a small peek behind the curtain. Frenchie asking if the first competitor needed help killed me! I need to get down to NYC for the French Onion Soup Burger and another trip to Mission, and Katz, and McSorley’s…. Loads of relevant content about success and what it should mean. My wife and I provide for our family with a roof overhead and a bunch of non-work distractions. Some of them being lots of guitars, lol. Keep up the great content!

French Cubano- Needs Cornichon, dejon mustard, french ham(or Jambon Persille). in place of the cuban roast pork , a braised pork belly or shoulder with shallots, white wine, garlic, thyme, and Armagnac . served with some comte cheese. Just my two cents.

Re: the music industry talk I mean, even just here in NYC there's tens of thousands of us who are what you'd call "working class musicians." I think there's plenty of us who aren't even interested in fame (being famous sounds awful), but we're all over all aspects of the music industry making it work.

Alabama white sauce. It's made with mayo, cayenne, horseradish and "other stuff". It pretty much originated at Big Bob Gibson's BBQ in Decatur, Alabama (a place on my restaurant bucket list).

That's so sick that Ibanez sent you a care package. Over a decade ago I'd bought a new bass of theirs for my girlfriend at the time and just before an 8-string if I recall. Nonethless, the quality control on the guitars weren't great so they got sent back. In lieu of this, I got in contact with Ibanez somehow and they sent me an envelope with a BUNCH of a autographed photos of some of their roster at the time. Tosin Abasi, Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, etc. I still have the envelope somewhere but it was so kind for them to go out of their way to do that. I'd seen Mary's video pass my feed numerous times but I hadn't taken the time to sit down and watch it. Success is different for everyone. For me, if I can support myself comfortably and do what I love, that's success. As someone who turned 37 last year I was like "Damn, I wish I'd taken music more seriously or KZbin or my other passions more seriously 10+ years ago". But I try to remember that it's never too late to be successful and maybe if I'd had success sooner I wouldn't have met the people or experiences I have now. I'm pretty sure Harrison Ford wasn't so called "successful" in the public eye until he was in his 40s. Late 90s and early 2000s Food Network was PRIME. Emeril Live, the original Iron Chef from Japan on late at night, Essence of Emeril, Good Eats, East Meets West, Yan Can Cook, etc. I miss those days.

For the past few weeks i watch some Jolly and Korean englishman content. Then i got these ideas. How about you guys make some content bringing each other to your favorites cuisine. Like Brian bring Frenchie to some good Korean Restaurants to eat some Jeon and Makgeolli. Or Korean BBQ and Somaek. I don’t think asking Bobby to fix something if it got a strike is too much of a weird favor to ask at all. In regards to this point, ~38:32, I'm right on the fence of that generation and you have to grasp that I grew up - basically - as the internet was exploding. Everything became more internal and, imho, society as a whole got a lot more selfish. The people that got to watch it unfold are done with being stepped on to elevate others. Rekieta Law went over the charity issue. The completionist is going to have his name changed to the completionist of the boys from c block. He said he was raising money for specific charities and as a member of the board he was responsible for yearly reporting of where the money went. Also, they spent at least 150k so far for "administration costs".
