In one fanfiction I read, all of Bagan's shape shifting forms have minds of their own, each competing for dominance. basically, a fusion of Beast Boy from Teen Titans and Gollum from LoTR. this causes Bagan's behavior to continuously shift randomly as each mind tries to take control. one minute Bagan will be rampaging, and then suddenly he'll stop and look around confused as to where he is and what is happening. Usually fanfictions are either lame or cringy but I have seen alot of interesting ideas that I wish we could have for an official Godzilla monster.

If that cultist is killed or their weird eye-thingy is destroyed, Void Ghidorah becomes vulnerable and basically gets one-shotted by Godzilla. So that really Void Ghidorah being powerful? If you really break Bagan all down, he's actually "Destroyah". A monster that can morph and heal in different stages, has a variety of projectile attacks, one that shoots from a horn, he can fly, and is dark in nature, all of which Destroyah can do. The only difference is their origins, but their creations and abilities are practically the same. I would be delighted to see the kaiju Bagan make an on-screen appearance however I believe the monster would draw too many comparisons to Destroyah.

They really need to adapt this monster into the MonsterVerse. He could be an ancient type of Titan, being as old as Godzilla’s own species. He could be discovered hibernating in some hidden location, having been asleep for millions of years. After being awoken from his slumber, likely due to human interference, this new monster, referred to as Bagan, God of Darkness, would set about creating chaos upon the world, with his presence provoking not only Godzilla, but potentially even Kong as well, with the two Titans being forced to team up to stop him before he annihilates the natural balance entirely.

I think it'd be cool if Mothra was able to join in as well, since in the drafts for Bagan he was responsible for taking out the Mothra Clan, giving us history between Mothra and Bagan as well as making Bagan threatening and giving Mothra even more motivation to end Bagan besides to protect the Earth, she's avenging her fallen species. Ontop of that keep in some Super Godzilla's inspiration, we've seen in GVK that the idea of using King Ghidorah for another Titan isn't out of the question, just look at Mecha-Godzilla, if Kong wasn't there to help, Godzilla very well may have died, so if I were an alien invader wanting to destroy all life on Earth for whatever nefarious goal, I'd want to enhance that Ancient God of Darkness with the cells of Godzilla and Ghidorah in order to give them the smallest chance possible of stopping them Plus with all of this it'd make sense for a 3 v 1, which the monsterverse hasn't really had yet, and if the next movie is about the origins and a threat to all Kaiju, why not make Bagan the creature that went after The Kong and Godzillas from that one cave painting (I can't remember what it was but I know Dangerville covered it before) than you'd really have a Titan fitting to go against Godzilla and Kong (and maybe Mothra) in a movie about their origins Idk, honestly I don't have all too much knowledge about the recent movies, I'm just a fan of Dangerville, they got me into Godzilla and I enjoy trying to immerse myself more with the Godzilla series, I saw this vid and really enjoyed the conceot of Bagan and had all these ideas pop in my head, if you notice any problems or issues with anything I've proposed above, feel free to correct anything or give your interpretation, I'd love to see ither ideas that (are probably better thsn mine) Bagan's a really cool Monster and I hope we can see them used in future movies somehow

That sounds basically like the new Monsterverse film, but the villain of it is supposed to be Space Godzilla. While I do certainly think he is a cool villain, I just feel like Bagan fits the description much better as an ancient threat - they really wouldn't have to alter his story much from Super Godzilla, also Alan Jonah is still around somewhere and he could potentially infuse it with Ghidorah DNA to make it even more formidable and vengeful. Since Ghidorah (at least when he returned as Mecha) is shown to be insanely sadistic in an almost human kind of way, I think this would be a set up to make Bagan the most evil monster in the MV too.

Super Godzilla is still one of my favorite SNES games as a kid and Bagan is one of the reasons. Managed to fight in all three scenarios involving him too. A.) If Tokyo's destruction exceeds 50%, you're forced to buy time by fighting Bagan as normal Godzilla (which is pretty much impossible) until a back-up Super X-2 can gather enough energy from around Japan, appear in the battle, and transform Godzilla into Super Godzilla. (You basically want to have all invincibility and/or full healing items.) I only ever managed to pull off an attack on Bagan as normal Godzilla twice. Once being a tail swipe, which only did 1 damage, lol. And another being Godzilla's normal atomic ray which, IIRC, Bagan just casually blocks and counters with his own attack ala MechaGodzilla. B.) If Tokyo's destruction is below 50%, you're immediately transformed into Super Godzilla and you can proceed to locate and fight Bagan as normal. C.) If you both got the S-Cells to fight Mecha-King Ghidorah AND Tokyo's destruction is below 50%, you're immediately transformed into Super Godzilla and you can proceed to locate and fight Bagan as normal. The only real difference from "B" being what the alien leader says at the start of the Bagan battle ("B" has him comment about Godzilla looking different while "C" has him commenting about Super Godzilla still not being a match for Bagan). To do this largely requires a lot of luck on Mecha-King Ghidorah's location relative to when you get the final S-Cell. (IIRC, the further left he is on the map, the better.)

In Super Godzilla, Bagan’s origin was Godzilla cells + Ghidorah blood. And with the Ghidorah skull still being owned by Alan Jonah, Bagan has been Green-lit. I would love for him to be featured in Godzilla 3 as the antagonist. A little clarification: a theory of mine is that Alan Jonah still has Kevin and is harvesting him and making new skulls to sell on the black market, and that’s how APEX got the skulls.

Call me crazy but I actually think Bagan would make a great villain in the Monsterverse. His size alone would make him the biggest obstacle yet for our heroes (I actually think he'd be the size of Godzilla Earth or pretty close if introduced), and since he IS a fusion of Ghidorah and Godzilla (in the Super Godzilla game, as that is the version of Bagan that best suits the MV) this is also the perfect way for Ghidorah to get his revenge and become the ultimate God of Darkness. While he is probably too much of an obscure character to use in the current series, he does have a cult following in the Godzilla fan community and i can imagine. a big budget adaption of him would be a sight to behold. He would also probably surpass even Mecha Godzilla as the MVs most evil villain yet.

Yes, exactly. I think *Bagan* is an awesome kaiju, but he's kinda overkill. He's too powerful and he'd beat *Godzilla* in a 1-on-1 fight. Even in the SNES game *"Super Godzilla"* scientists needed to turn *Godzilla* into *Super Godzilla* just to let him stand a chance against *Bagan.* So, I think *Bagan* should be toned down whenever he makes his big screen film debut. But that's just my opinion.

may is too good to just used . What i mean like that feeling that you get went facing a bose and do not use you limit break because the boss maybe have another face or worse a bigger eviler boss. But in this case is the movie good , the best movie to use bagan

I would finally love to see Bagan in either the Monsterverse or new Toho film because he’s never appeared in a film only one video game and been cut out from two movie ideas so in my opinion he deserves a chance to appear finally in a full length movie

Super Godzilla is my all time favorite SNES game. I got it from my aunt when I was 4, and here I am almost 30 and I still play it from time to time and have it running on my steam deck

I have a feeling if Bagan was in the monsterverse, he would just replace destoroyah and would be the thanos of the monsterverse. Godzilla had to become his super form to defeat him.

I've had this idea for a Godzilla film, where it's a crossover with Gamera and Pacific Rim, and in the end they all team up to fight Bagan.

Bagan SHOULD be the final big bad of the Monsterverse. I'm sorry but Destroyah is too cliche of a choice to be Godzilla and Kong's last enemy, Bagan has been unfairly dismissed for other kaiju for too long so entering the Monsterverse would be a great way for newer Godzilla fans to be introduced to and his popularity would grow significantly.
