I have a feeling like the real reason they barely showed Godzilla in the trailer was because of all the recent Godzilla stuff lately. So they only had like 5 seconds of him in the trailer to try to not overexpose him or make it seem like we’re getting too much Godzilla.

tbh the gvk trailers didn't have a whole lot of godzilla either so I think they show kong more since he's more...in touch? idk exactly how to explain it

@@CleansHaven so that he isn’t over exposed or they’ll fear that people won’t care as much for Godzilla anymore cause it won’t feel special anymore when he goes on the big screen if he’s always there with all these recent Godzilla stuff

I’m very hyped to see Godzilla x Kong. Little Kong looks so cute!!! I wish they Godzilla had his own mini me in this movie. I want them to bring Minilla, Godzilla Jr. or Godzooky from that 1978 Godzilla cartoon series into the Monsterverse.

As a huge Godzilla fan, I love this era. We can have both Godzillas, the serious Japanese force of nature Godzilla like 1954, 1984, Shin and Minus One.. but we also can have the goofy over the top Godzilla vs X monster movies like All Monsters Attack, King of the Monsters, Godzilla vs Gigan or Mecha etc.. etc... it's two types of movies and I'm here for all of it

Godzilla in his millennium design is a great evolution for him in this verse For sure Scar King (the villain) did something real sht to reach godzilla to another evolution He's kinda slim but beefier than the recent movie

Yeah, his new form is built more like Mecha G from the last film. His torso is leaner and his arms are longer and more developed. I assume for enhanced mobility/ agility in combat.

The enemy was Scar King he is an Orangotan, He is the king of the Kongs, and Godzilla is pink that was his evolve form just like the Godzilla of Japan movies many yearsa ago, it's good that they adopted this version.

some people right now are complaining about why godzilla has pink dorsal fins, those people obviously has never seen any godzilla films other than the monsterverse. because there has been godzilla films where godzilla has pink or purple colored dorsal fins. godzilla millenium for example he had pink dorsal fins there. people nowadays always find something to complain about and thats just a trailer

The Villian called Skar King pretty powerful foe gonna take both Godzilla and Kong to defeat him plus you can tell the movie more focus on Kong like the last film cuz he’s America Monster well as Godzilla Japanese Monster origns from Japan used to watch those old Godzilla and Kong movies back in the day anyway great reaction from you guys

I thought for a minute… Transformers are in this movie, wow sounds epic! 😆 Then it turns out along might have a robotic arm, still pretty cool! 😏 This looks like pretty wild and I am here for it! That new orange monkey looks so bad with the strips of bullets he is wearing! Plus love the pink-magenta coloration they have added to Godzilla! Crazy! Cannot wait! 🤩

It's not a "US Godzilla" issue that the story focuses on people. The vast majority of Japanese Godzilla movies are focused on people with kaiju wrecking stuff around the edges. Most Japanese Godzilla movies are sort of boring because of the human centric stories. People remember Godzilla movies with rose tinted glasses and only remember the fights and forget the long boring human stuff. lol
