Let's face it. Morgan isn't that interesting a character. Single minded but one note. Barris, on the other hand, is much more layered.

Great reaction. The operatic version of the theme song brought the scene to a new level. I really felt they were going to end the show on Forge seeing "No Signal". I'm looking forward to the next season.

Just saw the film. It was literally me and two other older women in the entire theater. I don’t think that this movie was marketed well at all. I actually think from top to bottom this film has amazing acting in it. I think the lead actress is really good, especially because her previous roles have been shallow, sexy roles. I think that she did a really good job capturing Amy’s grit. I also think that she had great chemistry with her lead actor. I just felt like the storyline lacked severely. It was sort of like the filmmakers had no story to really tell. It was more of like highlighting Amy’s best moments I didn’t understand, what the film was trying to say or tell us about Amy Winehouse. It says it was told through the lense of BtB however we see her write none of it, if anything it just made me want to go listen to her music on my way home.

Don't worry about the nuclear power plants. Their control rods are attached to the motors by electromagnets, and if they lose power, they fall into the core under their own weight. In up to date reactors the emergency core cooling system includes the ability to run without electricity until the decay heat drops to the point that passive cooling should be sufficient.

I love this show its not only a good sequel series for a 30 year old thing but its good at introducing everyone to the X-men world if you aint seen or read much. Jean being the phoniex one last time to save Cable was peak and Magneto and Charles whole mind convo while everyone else deals with bastion was great

M Night never gives his twists away in trailers I think he’s misleading us. Josh Hartnett knows something but he shouldn’t say. I think there might be a cult trying to protect the killer and they have to defend whoever it may be with their lives

Bastion took cable’s body slide tech that was in his arm that he absorbed into himself, he time jumped, he’s not dead. The Xmen are in Egypts past with Apocalypse, someone we know was training Apocalypse in Egypt for him to become his heir, someone named Rama-Tut who had a giant time sphere. Jean and Scott were drawn to the future to raise Nathan but they’ve change something in this, Scott and Jean are known as Red and Slym in the future because they don’t want anyone to know it’s them because it could change Nathan’s future and past but they just told Mother Askani (Their daughter Rachel from futures past time line) who they are. I hope we get both Rachels, she was split into two versions of herself when she was sent back in time to warn the Xmen about Nimrod taking over, one to present time, the other to raise baby Nathan in the future. So much hood stuff coming next season.

I hope this movie fails like Mario did last year. The best movie last year was not Oppenheimer. Oppenheimer is trash compared to Interstellar. 🩷 Chris Pratt reminds me of my parent and I can't help to think for this movie and last years movies... Imagine not having two parents to go see this movie with. Like imagine Dustin and Wendy have kids and then Dustin leaves Wendy for like Awkwafina or something and then Dustin and Awkwafina have kids. If I was Dustin and Wendys child which I am from my pov in that scenario... I'd be like, I hope they don't like Dustins movie cuz how come those kids get a parent and we don't. Seeing Chris Pratt doing a kids movie knowing he abandoned his kids with Anna Faris my queen from my My Super Ex Girlfriend with Uma Thurman, I'm like, this sorta reminds me of my situation and I cant help to think about his kids with Anna and hope that they arent sad to know that they dont get a parent to go and see this kids movie with, which your parent happens to be in, but no, hes with his other kids that he must love more if he left my mother and isnt here with me and my siblings. Anyway, the movie doesn't even seem like its going to be good. It looks like a movie for kids ages 1 through 5. Its not even live action Garfield so there is no point to even go see this. Like, if I'm not even going out of my way to see this movie on streaming, why would I pay to go see it in the cinema.

0:48 What part of the Clone Wars made you believe Barriss turned to the Dark Side of the Force? She was against the Jedi being part of the war, not the Jedi as a whole. Barriss felt that they had lost their way and she had, unfortunately, taken extreme measures to make a course correction. She wasn't trying to end the Jedi, just their involvement in the war. I'm happy her story started off as it did, as it showed that she was still very much tied to her brothers and sisters. She never gave up on them; she never gave up on her hope, that they would abandon the war. 4:19 Exactly. She wasn't a Sith or a Dark Jedi. She was just against their involvement in the war. That's it. She was a less extreme version of Pong Krell, another Jedi who had fallen from grace that we met in the Clone Wars. 7:01 No, that was the jewel embedded in Ahmar's chin. Was it yanked out via the Force or cut out? Either way, I'm sure it was slow and painful. Ouch! 9:15 She did indeed, self-defense. She didn't want to kill him, but he gave her no choice. 10:37 I love how Barriss doesn't let her natural voice say "Long live the Empire," but the fabricated voice the Empire gave her. Barriss wasn't given a real choice in her jail cell, and she knew it. She's been in survival mode ever since. 18:10 Barriss never stopped being a Jedi. She still identifies as one. The Jedi are negotiators of peace. This explains why she wanted to stand up for the people who had nothing and wanted to defend the child who had told her where the Jedi were. Barriss made it very clear that she was a Jedi when she told Lyn that she still had one Jedi to deal with. I don't think Barriss was confused about her place. She knew what she had been told was true, that the Jedi were no more. As far as she knew, she was the last of her kind, but as a person in survival mode, she was doing just enough to stay in good standing. Lyn made it perfectly clear what the Empire stood for, and that was the moment when Barriss knew that the Empire was not for her. 18:25 Lyn is the same Inquisitor that we saw in Obi-Wan, so she is alive alright--Fortress Inquisitorius was being built in the previous episode and was completed in Obi-Wan, which was approximately 10 years later going off of Leia's age (Leia and Luke were born just after Order 66). 22:32 How did she survive that? What makes the Sith different from the Jedi? The need to have revenge; the inability to let go. Darth Vader, Maul, the Grand Inquisitor, Reva and now Lyn are all Force-sensitive beings who couldn't let go and accept death. Their desire to live and have their revenge is what staved off death. Qui-Gon, in contrast, let go and accepted his fate. He believed that his padawan was ready and would win the day. Revenge of the Sith gave us a good picture of what it means to be Sith with Palpatine's talk with Anakin at the theater. They were talking about the power to stop death/evade death. Palpatine told Anakin that he wouldn't be able to learn that trick from a Jedi, implying that it was something only Sith could do, and he was right. Palpatine couldn't let go either, and it is that desire to live and hold on to power that brought him back in episode 9. 27:04 I think she did live--why would Lyn still speak to Barriss as though she were alive if she were dead? I know some reactors are using visible breath as a guide, but that's a mistake, in my opinion. Barriss is hurt and now unconscious. Our bodies at rest don't require the same amount of heartbeats or breaths to keep going. Shorter breaths and fewer heartbeats will sustain her until Lyn gets her medical attention, which is what she is assuredly going to do. I hope we get more stories of Lyn and Morgan. These stories add to what we already know about the characters. We knew Morgan was someone looking for acceptance, and now we know why. We knew Barriss was a disillusioned Jedi, and I think it is safe to assume that we all thought that she was killed during Order 66 like all the other Jedi because, well, she was a Jedi. Barriss' story confirmed that she was indeed still a Jedi, but showed us that she survived Order 66, and it showed us how she did it! I love these short stories. They are so much better than they should be, lol. Dooku's story gave us a backstory the prequels couldn't. Ahsoka's story showed us more of who she was and how she managed to survive Order 66 while the overall story of Star Wars tells us that other Jedi couldn't. While I want more stories in this format, I would also like to see these stories further fleshed out. Imagine if someone gave Morgan Elsbeth a hug. She could have been a very different person helping the Rebellion.

Definitely a step up from Free RPG Day offerings and the Epic Encounters boxes. I got some NPC standees in the Dragonbane RPG Starter Set and they're a great way to put minis on the table.

I should have known you want to see the reaction of Ezra and Ahsoka in return of Jedi six years before if Rebels season five will connect with Empire strikes back and return of Jedi when George Lucas will be 80 and Dave Filoni will be 50 - just as you want to see the reaction of Ahsoka when She see Anakin fall in the dark side of the Force and survives Order 66 before clone Wars will interrupted. Now, I'm going to do what I should have done if they should Barriss Offee when Rebels begin... Eleven years ago!!
