I personally really like Godzilla's new form. You can tell that after struggling with speed with kong and mecha, he thinned down the waist, extended the arms, and has a similar looking energy to mecha. Heck, look at his pose as he looks over his shoulder. That is the exact pose mecha does, down to the little head shake.

He ran at Ghidora in King of the Monsters and he ran at Mecha-Godzilla and ran after Kong in Godzilla vs Kong. I don't know what people are talking about lol...this Godzilla obviously runs. You know why he didn't run in the old ones? Because it was a rubber suit. If they could've made him run back then...at least in the more fantastical ones (probably not the 1954 film in other words) then they would have..
