The only issue I foresee with Godzilla is that he doesn't scale with anything very well. Monsterverse Godzilla is 111 meters tall, compared to the 6 to 8 meters of Optimus Prime or the 211 meters of Metroplex. So Godzilla dwarfs normal characters but is himself eclipsed by Titans. I'm sure they can find a way to work with it or, more likely, will completely ignore the issue.

Unlike with the last Godzilla vs Kong movie, Wal*Mart bothered to have them in stock! Even had a big cardboard display of them. Last time, they barely got them in, and once they did months and months later, they went directly to clearance and I was lucky to even get a couple of them. I'm definitely grabbing one of those PANK Godzillas next time I go. EDIT: Those 2 packs are similar to the Mutant Mayhem ones, which had better paint jobs, but less accessories. Kinds wish I bought those instead of the single carded ones, especially since they stocked the Turtles more than the other mutants.

That 6" power glove Kong is probably the best "entry level" Godzilla/Kong toy ever made.. like you said, great design, great articulation... I've tried to stay out of this level of collecting, because they just end up making so many repaints and things... hoping Hiya shows up with a version, and a skar king to match up with their Shimo and Evolved Godzilla! just got my skull devil (my first hiya), and it's great!

The sculpting for Kong's fur is a definite improvement over the last Kong figures but Godzilla's scales be on his body it the evolved figure or pre-evolved feel muted. I also acquired Suko with Doug, Skar King, and Shimo. They are great figures.

Not a bad set, I actually took the ax from my Kong from the Godzilla vs Kong line and was able to get it in the B.E.A.S.T. Glove hand of this line. Took a bit of work because the hands were so tight, even the the non-gloved hand, but man is it cool to see him wielding it with the robo-arm. Careful not to break the fingers if you do try it though, part of me was worried I was gonna snap them off just getting them open enough to get the ax in. Too bad I didn't know about the 2-packs before I got my figures, the glowing blue front of the body to go with the pink spines on the Godzilla looks great, and the red Kong isn't bad either. Though they probably should have kept it off the gauntlet itself. Kinda wish that Arctic Kong was real.
