This is the song that should have come up when Impact is summoned.

Definitely a classic! This sounds similar to "Ganbare Goemon 2" on Super Nintendo when Impact is summoned except now it has lyrics. Even if they just added the BGM midi instead of the whole song in the North America version would have been nice.

I had the japanese version of this game. It was my first n64 game.

It's from the Japanese version of Goemon's Great Adventure. Sadly, it was removed from the American version.
