Just got the Neo, N3 goggles and hand motion 3 . LOVING them. LOVING IT!!! Highly recommend these for people who want to feel like they're flying. The view is amazing, I wear glasses but see better in the goggles NOT wearing my glasses.I tried it both ways. There is a learning curve, & you'll spend time updating and figuring out how to bind the three. And how to work stuff. That toggle 😢 It's worth the effort once you see it fly. And being out in the open for a bit is good advice. ❤Thank you DJI!

I am stoked about these goggles! I am a v2 guy, and I don't like the size and screens on all the new goggles, so these goggles are perfect for what I'm looking for, and they cheap...amazing... great job Kelly and Kris, glad to see you guys back in the dji fold!

You're very welcome! We have missed many flight recordings by forgetting to turn that on. The only downside, which is very minor, is that it automatically stops recording when the motors stop. It would be cool if DJI kept the recording going for a few seconds after landing, because we always miss the landing on the recording. Thanks for watching. Happy New Year!

Arrows you see on the ground and in the sky are always there when using RC Motion 3 - when you tilt all the way up/down you can "select" them and pushing throttle at that point will only move your drone straight up/down even though your gimbal can't look straight up or down (well, it can look straight down on Neo).

Oh, watched it more and that the arrow during Power Loop is showing the direction of ‘the ground’. I tried it today, and you can just see it in time for the direction of the ground. Great post!

Hi great video ,are the N3 goggles as immersive as the goggles 3 being a single and lower quantity screen .i have never used any fpv goggles before and im about to purchase one . Besides all the other bells and whistles on the goggles 3 is there a big difference in the actual viewing, im not really worried about price, but if i looked through the goggles 3 after purchasing the n3 would i think oh shit i should have got them ,i value your opinion thankyou. I wear glasses and am out of the range of the fosus on the goggles 3 so i would have to get lenses made im really wondering if it would be worth it or just buy the n3 thanks again 👍

Hello. This is Kris typing right now (I'm usually holding the camera), and Kelly is usually the one on screen. Kelly really likes how the Goggles N3 feels against his face. I tend to like the Goggles 3 and how they feel (they're more compact and lighter weight). Having said that, I always have the problem with the Goggles 3 where if the center is the view is clear, the corners are blurry or distorted if the positioning of the goggles on my head is not perfect. Whereas with the N3, is just clear all around, and I really like that. Also, the fact that most glasses fit with the Goggles N3 is great. Going back and forth, we really aren't picky enough to notice a huge difference in quality. The only other factor to consider is what you want to fly. The N3 are only compatible with the NEO, Avata 2, and O4 Air units. The Goggles 3 are compatible with more drones and Air units. Hope that helps!

ive been wondering what power loop was when i seen it in the firmware updates, also im an idiot and just got an avata 2 kit to fly my neo when i coulda just waited for this

Yes. I just checked the Goggles N3 and there is an audience mode. We haven't personally tested it, but a DJI rep has confirmed it's possible.

Hey, great post! Did they somehow enable being able to voiceover with the headset/controller with screen capture? Remember, with the Mini 4 Pro, you can add a USB-C mike input so you can talk with your flying. Can’t do it with the Avata 2. Would love that option. Thanks again!🇺🇸

😮they added power loop lol. Thank you guys for this video! Sent this to a few friends looking to get into the hobby. They have glasses too so it’s pretty cool they made these able to accommodate them. I can’t find these to purchase anywhere yet on our USA website 🤷‍♂️. I’ll check again later today. On Amazon it says unavailable and I can’t even find them on the dji store. I wish they gave you affiliate links for this 😎.

Thanks for watching and commenting. DJI didn't give us affiliate links, unfortunately, but we appreciate you noticing. We asked them about it. Hopefully later today or tomorrow, they will get back to us about affiliate links. The screen on these goggles is preferable for a lot of people because you don't have to worry about one eye seeing a different image from the other eye (like in the Goggles 3). We hope your friends get inspired and can join the fun of FPV flying!

Yes. It should be the 4th icon on the top menu. You move the joystick on the goggles back (I think) to reveal that menu.

Hi, I need help in a matter of very short test from you. After injury I have lost sight on one eye. As I see lot of you in videos put camera lense to eye opening on goggles and I can see camera catches whole screen, however DJI support tried to explain that I will not be able to use N3 goggles being blind to one eye. Can you try to use them looking on just one eye and give honest impression. I would be very gratefull.

That would be amazing! Seems like an easy feature to add... even just video out via USB-c would be ok, without needing to use the Fly App.

Bardzo dobra robota. Posiadam kilka dronów Dji ale ale przymierzam się obecnie do FPV . Mam pytanie na filmie zauważyłem że używasz jakichś okularów jak to się ma do odbioru w okularach czy da się też bez . Mam dylemat bo obecnie używam okularów 2.0+ jedynie do pracy przy monitorze i do czytania. Stąd moje pytanie czy musiałbym używać okularów obecnych a może dało by się bez ? Albo wyrobić jakieś specjalne do tych googli ? Będę wdzięczny za odpowiedź. Pozdrawiam z Polski.

In the video, I tried it with glasses, but because they are for reading, I can see better without glasses in the goggles. So I took them off.

None of DJI's FPV goggles can be used for PC simulators, so it's not just these beginner / budget goggles. It would be a nice option, but I don't mind using a similar on a normal computer screen.
