Suggestion for a video: Take a Far Rockaway bound (A) to JFK, leave the station and walk southeast for about 5-10 minutes until you get to Hamilton Beach Park. It's a very nice spot for railfanning or just seeing the trains passing by PS: Nice video and thanks for following me back on Bluesky!

It's amazing how some subway stations used to be LIRR stations and vice versa like Locust Manor and St Albans on the LIRR I hear those were supposed to be subway stations instead. I guess this must mean the LIRR gave up some track space to the subway and vice versa.

Here’s a route I would’ve done, which has more buses but less backtracking Start: Seneca Avenue M -> Middle Village-Metropolitan Avenue Q67 -> 21 Street-Van Alst G -> Court Square 7 -> Vernon Blvd Q103 -> 21 Street-Queensbridge F -> Jackson Heights-Roosevelt Avenue 7 -> Queensboro Plaza N -> Astoria-Ditmars Blvd W -> Queensboro Plaza Walk to Queens Plaza R -> Forest Hills-71 Avenue F -> 75 Avenue F -> Jackson Heights 7 -> Main St (When stations reopen) Q44 SBS -> Briarwood F -> Jamaica-179 Street Walk or F -> 169 Street Q30 or Q31 -> Jamaica Center E -> Kew Gardens Q10 -> 121 Street J -> 75 Street Z -> Woodhaven Blvd Q52 SBS or Q53 SBS -> Rockaway Blvd A -> 80 St A -> Lefferts Blvd A -> Rockaway Blvd A -> Far Rockaway (while dealing with Aqueduct Racetrack) A -> Broad Channel S -> Rockaway Park Due to Aqueduct Racetrack and the closed 7 train stations, you might want to actually do this in reverse

Great route! Yeah I probably would have saved a bit of time by starting in Rockaway because of the Aqueducts. But Middle Village is a station. I just haven’t been to as much so I thought it would be more interesting to start there.

Hi Suprtoe I am a famous R46 fan, and I've noticed while watching your videos that you've mixed up some things about NYC Subway. Back in 2017, that was not a 6 Train that was changed into a 7, before 2013, the 6 ran only R142As while the 7 ran only R62As. in 2013, the MTA decided to convert most of the Pelham R142As into R188s for CBTC for the 7. CBTC is a modern signaling system which allows trains to run more frequent, which is why the 7 and L run so well. The E, F, M, and R actually have it in queens, so yeah. In 2013, the R188s entered service and between 2013 and 2018, the 6 ran a R142A and R62A combination while the 7 ran R188 and R62A combinations. So you were actually lucky to catch that R62A 7 Train, because that was before that R62A was to go to the 6. Until May 22nd, 2018 when the last unconverted R142A 6 sets for changed from the 6 to the 4 line. Also, when you took all Brooklyn Trains (No Cap) that 2 to New Lots is normal bc during AM Rush Hour, 1 (2) Train heads to and from New Lots Avenue. The 4 and 5 run there during Rush Hours too. About the J and Z, some stations alternate. Like at Gates Av for example, at Gates Avenue, the Z stops there while the J skips it. If the Z is running to Jamaica, Jamaica bound J Trains skip while Manhattan bounds stop there. Also, when the J and Z run express between Myrtle Av and Marcy, its some sort of Peak Direction. When you did All Trains 2017 and All Trains 2019, I think you thought that All J Trains run exp in both directions, that's not really the case. During Mornings, all J and Z Trains run Express to Manhattan, during Afternoons, all J and Z Trains run express to Queens. About the M Shuttle thing, in 2017, the Myrtle Viaduct, which the that thing right after the M curves off of the Jamaica Line was rebuilt because of how old it was. So in September 2017 to April 2018, they made a Shuttle train to run between Metropolitan Av and Myrtle Avenue-Wycoff Avenues. Before 2010, the MTA had other lines, but they had budget cuts in June 25, 2010, the M line used to run Nassau Street Local, which ran from Metropolitan Avenue to Broad Street. During Rush Hours, the M would run to Bay Parkway on the D line. Also I'd like to remind you, in 2009-2010, there was more trains that the R42 and R32, we had NYCT R44s, (NOT SIR R44s) we had R38s, we had R40S and R40Ms. At the time, yes, the R32s were the oldest trains in the system, currently the SIR R44s are the oldest, since NYCT R44s entered the city in 1971, the R46s entered the city in 1972. The Diamond Q's were more than just Brighten Express Trains, before 2001, the Q was rerouted to be Orange for 6 Av since there was work being done on the Manhattan Bridge, no, the R68 and R68A along the R46s did not leave these rollsigns around. Some of the R46 and R68/As only have these rollsigns, so MTA just uses them since they're too lazy to just modify it. Or you got the stupid foamers who like to change the rollsigns to stupid stuff. Like that 1 N Train in All Queens Trains 2023 was had so many Upside down Q diamonds. When you took All Trains 2021, that R to 96 was the daily 96 St R. During each AM Rush Hour, 1 (R) Train goes to 96 St and comes back downtown signed up as a (Q) Train. So that 1 R160A or R160B Q Train is technically an (R). But I think you were too caught up in the W rather than the R. I remember back in the day when the Rush Hour R was the lonely R46 (Q) Train. I used to get so mad at you because of you disliking the R46s, now, I don't like them so because all yards that maintenance them dont clean them, notice how most of the R46s are covered in Brake dust? I know you don't like them AT ALL, but do you think in a video you could hunt for R46 A Trains? I heard they're not very common because of the R211As and I won't be able to go for myself because of school and I don't live in New York anymore.

Probably not. The concentration is on visiting every station rather than making sure I ride literally every train that is possible. Too often those Brooklyn W trains just don’t show up.
