Thanks so much for your informative videos! Just wondering if you have any experience with replacing the Hyundai Ioniq 12v battery. I have a 2021 Ioniq EV and I’ve read that the dealership will charge around $400 usd which seems crazy! I’m in Canada and I’m thinking about going into the automotive department store (Canadian Tire) and just getting one with a similar size and specs (if I can match them up). The cost may be only around 150-200 cdn. For now, when my battery drains (from using the hazard lights or anything like that) I use a small battery pack to boost the battery and start the car. It’s not a long term solution though. Any suggestions re: the battery change?

The battery is nothing special, so any like for like is ok. Due to the size, you are a bit limited for choice. But getting with a higher Ah number will help. Changing it is easy too and no different to anything else and it doesn't need coding.
