And that Sunday was SummerSlam '01 with Steve Austin Vs Angle and Booker T Vs The Rock that I couldn't watch because it was on PPV. When I tell that was THE most anticipated Monday of my childhood. Eh, I feel the writing (character dialogue) and power scaling could've been better. Vegeta says "he just blew them all away with just his energy", how many times have we heard that in a fight or new forms? Super still could've been better, but at least now is (somewhat) self-aware. This was the peak; this is where the young gun was supposed to take over. Unfortunately, similar to western comics and pro wrestling, creators didn't find a way to properly "kill" Goku. On one hand, he is Wu Kong, meaning that he shouldn't die, and the fans loved him, on the other you have this badass kid who was supposed to ascend to the throne. Sad really. ultra instinct lol. When new kids show up and master all ssj levels in couple minutes, ssj levels just change color and don't increase strength and other stupid shit? Dbs is not even in discussion. Dbz cool moments can only be rivaled by specific bleach side character in some episodes (kenpachi or how it was :D) and maybe madara for a few episodes until they screw the story up and just make him look like a fool.
