“Why am I even here?!” That’s such a good line for 18 because she didn’t contribute much to the movie. All she did was point out that Cell Max looked like a giant Cell, which ANY of those cast members could have done that has seen Semi-Perfect Cell. Other than that, she was put in for appearance lol. I don't think that 17 was any more powerful during the tournament of power than he had been when he fought piccolo I think it's something like what Vegeta was talking about during the movie it's more that he has become more efficient about his fighting. Less wasted movement, less wasted energy, (not the energy expenditure is an issue for either 17 or 18) , and a more critical eye during combat.
