Gohan is in our human world, therefore similarities. But playing with his friend is really a good experience because dogs are pack-like (social). As opposed to cats that require more solitary times spent whether by itself or living among other cats (much less friendly interactions). Gohan is husky, sled dogs work in a group therefore he is more "friendly" to similar kinds. Perhaps if Gohan were to pull a sled, he may prefer this dog to pull with him instead of Light. There was a comment that Gohan has better chemistry with this dog than with Light who eventually gave birth to his next. I agree. Light seems more feisty, less calm, too much energy perhaps. Sledding dogs don't quite get the "fetch" game. What is there to "fetch" in the snow for their human guardians in the frozen arctic?? Unlike retrievers. So she is like Gohan who doesn't really get much excited about fetching. She looks husky as well, all or part??
