Summary (watch the video for in-depth though): 1. *After-School Routine* 1:11-can relax for a little bit but then get to work immediately (make sure you clean your desk, update to-do list, get materials ready for work, then make sure you focus) 2. *Evenly Distribute Everything* 3:02-don't cram for assignments, spread them out. For example, if you have 100 pages of reading over 10 days, read 10 pages each day instead of most of it before its due 3. *Confronting Your Knowledge Gaps* 5:28 (probably hardest to implement but best impact/reward)-basically be objective. If there is something that is only vaguely familiar or you have heard it before without deep knowledge, then study it. Don't lie to yourself/be real and make sure you understand everything. One common thing that has happened to me too, as said in the video, was when an exam is returned for review, you look at it the mistakes and say that they were dumb mistakes. In reality, they were probably because you didn't study the topic well enough or that concept in the question. Use any helpful resource to fully understand a concept/term. Personally I would say this is very helpful and I agree: on an exam there could be a question you think you know but your lack of knowledge of that term/concept stopped you from getting it write. Related to this, improving test-taking skills/strategies are important as well. 4. *Get Comfortable Asking For Things* (asking questions) 7:26-Take opportunities through asking questions. When you see those successful college admissions KZbin videos, you wonder what extracurricular activities they did. Some things you probably cannot do, but some things that are quite significant you can do, one of these being research projects. You can then work up the guts to ask a professor, for example, to research with them. Another example is asking for promotions in a club for a vacant space as in Gohar's case. Basically, be able to find opportunities, find the right person for the right thing, and be able to ask for what you want. 5. *Do Something You Enjoy Every Single Day* 9:38-Working constantly will eventually burn you out, so make sure you have some quality relaxing time. Do a hobby, read a book, talk a walk, talk with friends, anything you find relaxing. One note though: limit use of social media and scroll for your breaks, as it wastes time and in the end tires you out. If you can't do a quality relaxing activity on the weekdays, at least on the weekends. This variety can make your day much better with all the stress you may have. Thank you Gohar! Hope you all succeed, and the future will be great!

I’m moving on to my GCSE (General Certificate of Secondary Education) and my exams are soon. I followed these to build myself up and I feel more confident in myself now. Here in the UK, we have Nursery up to Year 11. In Year 3 you go to Primary School, and the end of Year 6 you move to Secondary School, which is where GCSE takes place at Year 10 and Year 11. Similar to the American Grades, we get our exam results/grade in a certificate. If we fail we can maybe retake. GCSEs are not easy. You take exams like Algebra, Trigonometry, Biology etc. I use my own Chromebook for my homework and I send my finished work to my teacher via Outlook. I use Google Docs since it’s way easier for me. The teachers are ok with it! I think I can impress the teachers with these. Thank you, Gohar.

I am a highschool student and in grade 9, I didn't finish any assignments, the reason for that is because I used to be a perfectionist back then, and I failed 1 assignment so I just quit doing the other assignments. It is not that I am lazy, I was a perfectionist. I am in grade 10 now and everytime I fail an assignment I just doubted myself that I did the assignment in the first place.
