Wow alot of great information .. didn't know you have to hit prospects 5-7 times till they respond .. I was wondering why nobody replied after my first SMS. Do you know how you can prevent to have a prospect put in wrong information into the FB lead form or even leave it blank ?

@@TatianaDesign-t1o Thanks for the reply. I ended up setting up individual automations for each digital product I offer. One lesson learned is to choose "Order Submitted" vs. Oder form submitted. This allows you to apply a filter "Global Product" to target your specific product.

For the campaign details when it asks "use case description" as well as "sample messages" does that need to be exact. I havent fully landed on what these would be quite yet, but Im trying to get registered for A2P. Any thoughts?

The use case description should clearly explain how you plan to use the messaging service, even if your strategy isn't fully finalized. For example, if you're sending appointment reminders or marketing updates, describe that general use case. The sample messages should reflect the types of messages you expect to send, though they don’t need to be the exact final messages. They help the carrier understand the tone and purpose of your communications. For instance, a sample message could be something like, "Reminder: Your appointment with [Business Name] is tomorrow at 3 PM. Please reply to confirm or reschedule." While the details don’t have to be set in stone, the goal is to give a clear and realistic idea of your intentions. You can always update your campaign details later as your strategy develops.

Hey there, i have like 600 contacts in my go high level and they keep on adding through my online form from my website. I want to set up email automation consisting of a few emails that i want to send them all. What triggers do i need to set up so that the existing contacts also get the emails and the ones get them too. Any feedback will help
