Hi, how could i get your workflow automations templates? I have an account with GH, i am dabbling on the workflows, but still not had time to dive into all the pipelines and nurture workflows. I have events coming up and i would like to have a GOOD template of a workflow that follows up with our attendees and the ones that didn't attend... but it's a little overwhelming to think about all the necessary and important steps i should be using... i find your videos to be very easy to follow and understand, so thank you for that already.

What happens if the customer replies to the text to opt 'OUT'? Do you need an automation in there to move to a dead pipeline or something?

Hey there, i have like 600 contacts in my go high level and they keep on adding through my online form from my website. I want to set up email automation consisting of a few emails that i want to send them all. What triggers do i need to set up so that the existing contacts also get the emails and the ones get them too. Any feedback will help

To be honest, the easiest way is to make a workflow with your desired emails and then duplicate that. The one workflow you can add your 600 contacts to and the other one you can add the the form for the new contacts

Is it correct to say that different triggers with the same actions can be in one workflow but need their own workflow if multiple triggers require different actions? I was trying to create an automated action for each 'appointment type' into one workflow.

Is it possible to do if/else branches based on if a form was submitted on a specific page? Like if they did Form A on Page A is one branch, and Form A on Page B goes down another branch.

If you have multiple products/ services, would you use multiple pipelines and create unique opportunities that matches the pipeline? I noticed that moving and updating duplicate opportunities in the same pipeline has it's limitations.

Great video. Do you ever use voicemail drops to the customer in your workflow once they have filled out a form? Like “hey it’s Cody here from aircon west, just got your information from the form you filled out on our website, I will send you a sms with a link so I can get some more info to complete your quote a lot faster “ something like that anyway ?

Whats the best way to stay organized with all the actions workflows take, and how to structure all teh triggers. Do you use only tags for triggers to have an overview above everything? Do you have a logic in naming your flows?

Yes, as the admin, go to the agency dashboard (not the subaccount). Then on the left hand side you will see "snapshots"

Hey Keaton! I have Email automation set up, but when I'm testing it, I have the condition "Contact Replied" to the email, but when I "test" replied, it still said I didn't respond and put me into the "ghosting" flow. I just don't want people who actually replied to the email to go into my Ghosting workflow. Thanks! BTW I also tried Intent type and still had the issue

But what if the person just responds to the SMS with something random like - "No first tell me if you have XYZ" …instead of replying with what we'd ideally want them to reply with…? Can we set some filter, rather just taking them down the workflow, hoping for their reply to fit our workflow's structure…? EDIT: I just saw your "GHL AI is here" video… and there you mentioned "Workflow AI"… Is that the missing key to the puzzle I mentioned above? I hope it makes sense… (& I'm already in your Skool group)
