I believe there is a line spacing option that you can adjust but I"m not 100% sure. You'll have to contact support for that one.

Yes you can add images wherever you'd like. You could have a text element to start and then an image element, and then another text element again.

Yes I use GHL for just about everything. I don't use it for quizzes much but definitely for surveys.

You would have to resize externally and then re-upload it into the media library and then use that new image in the custom value

Another quick question: what is the advantage of creating a template for each email you send, say for your KZbin subscribers as opposed to using a template you already have, copy, edit and send?

That's usually what I'll do. I'll create the template I want to use and then just duplicate it for every new email I want to send, just editing the text in it. But the layout is always the same regardless of who I'm sending to.

Quick Question, I am working on some custom HTML emails for my client currently but when I log into their specific GHL account they don't have the similar-looking interface that you have. The campaign section has no tab for "emails" only. Is there anything that I am missing or that their account is missing? If so, is there anyway to fix it?

I would check your user permissions and make sure the email builder is turned on. It's also possible that they don't actually have their own GHL account and signed up via a white-labeled version that has it turned off for their sub-account.
