You would want to set up a mailing domain inside each client subaccount. If these are SMB's that don't really do any mailing, you could also get by with just setting up one at the agency level and then have everyone use that. Hope that makes sense.

Yes you do need to have Leadconnector or mailgun set up as the provider. Leadconnector is easiest as there is no set up beyond just clicking it.

Great vid! We set up our subdomain a few months back. For better delivery rates, we changed our subdomain to something new. We now have leads responding to emails from the old subdomain, and sometimes, we lose track of those. Would you have any thoughts on how to forward those emails to our current subdomain? We are thinking about setting this up through Cloudflare, but we are just really unsure how to set that up.

what happens if your from email address is set as your main domain and not the subdomain you created for dedicated smpt server? First time i've learned that it should be set as the subdomain and been sending emails for months. Starting to wonder if I could have been getting higher open rates.

Hey. Yeah good question. You do want the from address to be using the same domain you set up for emailing inside of GHL. Of course that can be a top level domain or a subdomain like we set up in this video.

Hey - no need to register another domain for emailing unless you want to. You can go into your domain manager and add a subdomain to use for the emailing. Something like 'mail.yourdomain.com' where 'mail' is the subdomain. Hope that helps. Let me know if i misunderstood the question.

Good question. (I'm not a expert on this, but I've been doing this myself and did a lot of research into it) The answer is no - the subdomain is treated separately.

Nope, the idea to do this is just in case any problem, only the sub-domain will be the affected, not the domain, never the main domain. One sub account, one sub domain.

Hey there...you do need a domain of your own, but no need to purchase the email service if you are using GHL like I am showing in the video. If you are using something else for emailing, then sometimes they want to verify the email you send from and in that case, you may need to be able to receive an email to an inbox that you can check. Hope that makes sense.

Great video! Thanks for sharing I haven't seen these type of tutorials! I'm already using 2 dedicated domains for email outreach, One each sub-accounts. Can I create and use multiple subdomains, at least 2-5 on each domains I had and follow these DMARC? My campaign is already has started and starting at 10 per day increasing 15 per week and probably max til 300 daily. What's your take? Thanks again!
