Great youtube. Already setup with HL, sorry. I used to have root domain with Keap and a HL consultant setup me up with a subdomain and it has wreaked havoc on customer replies. I am hoping to go back and change to my root domain. Thanks for the awesome video!

Hey Oscar here, thank you for your videos they are very helpful! Question I added the subdomain for the Agency account and another one for the Subaccount, however when I go to a seller account and send an email from there it still uses my main domain as I had the configuration with Google business. Do I have to go to each personal account and select LC subdomain as predetermined for email sending now?

Very well explained. Does this mean that the email conversation through the dedicated domains configured in GHL will be in the Conversations Tab inside GHL? We have the option to add a 'email address' in the header of the email's dedicated domain. Does this mean we won’t receive messages in the inbox of that email account we've set up there? What about the email accounts created in cPanel, which are added with users in the sub account and that we want to use in workflows? I’ll test this, but I’m asking for best practices as well. Thank you.

maybe it's just me but this video was really confusing, I would like a flowchart explaining email setup. I don't understand why just adding your email or clients email ghl cant use as address via custom values as email to communicate via manual or workflow automations/

Short answer No. Question for you is if you have a trustworthy team why not just use an onboarding form and get their passwords in a custom field and store it in their contact record. Just a thought.

Thanks Ray. Just need clarification. If I (Agency account) set up a subdomain does that mean that all subdomains will also have that as default or do they get LC as default?

I did not understand your question. Every sub account gets agency email dedicated domain by default. Each subaccount will need its own dedicated email domain to use their own domain for sending. Does that help? Thanks for watching.

I am having trouble just simply giving a refund to someone who wants there money back that purchased my product?

If you are using stripe then login to your stripe account and find the purchase and then use the refund option for the purchase. Hope that helps.

Hi Ray, great video as always. Does GHL not also have their internal email verification option ? From your experience, does GHl also cater for large volume email lists ? I have a client who is on 20.000 and is growing quickly. Is our system in any way limited delivery capability wise provided that the sending domain is set up and warmed up properly by sending small batches. Thank you for always being so helpful 😊

Email verification is included inside of GHL and does cost a very small amount to do. Yes GHL can handle the volume you are looking for but I would reach out to ghl support to see if they can adjust some of the settings on their side to make sure you can reach the inbox. Thank you for watching.

Love your videos can you do one showing how to sent a 1000 cold emails in GHL without going to spam. Then confirming that they got delivered and tracked with GA4 ?

That type of video is too detailed. First you would need to warm up your domain and user accounts. Not sure how quickly you would need to send 1000 emails but lets say you want to do that everyday. I would limit daily emails per user to 50 so you would need 10000/50 = 20 Unique user accounts sending these emails out everyday. If you use a workflow to send them, which I recommend, use the stat view toggle in the workflow to see email statistics. Not sure about the GA4 tracking. @@HLGuy wow. That’s a lot of organizing and managing. If each user account messages 50 each maybe high level will not glitch and send everything to spam. I tried sending only 30 per hour and fought them for a dedicated ip. It worked for a couple days then the open rates each hour changed to 3.33% on each send consecutively. Would really love a video or solution to this if you were up for the challenge many users struggle with cold lists.

Not sure what you mean by heavy lifting but if your domain and user accounts have not been warmed up I would not suggest starting next week.
