Hi Ray. So educational as usual! Is it considered a response if a prospect clicks on, lets say a booking link, in one of the emails you created? Should I turn on /off the 'Stop on Response' in the workflow's setting? Thanks!

It depends. The response could be unsubscribe or it could be something else. You can use another workflow triggered by email response in that workflow and if the AI system rates the response as positive then you can remove them from the first workflow nurture sequence. As an example.

what is process of warm up email or domain? how to set up email scheduling? how many emails we can send in every group / batch, every day, every hours or what to do? what to for specific targeted audiance, region to send bulk emails? for example; what to do for more than 25,000 emails to send. I am aware that can not send at one time but how set up? i am looking for detail process or hire someone who can control this. i want to make sure that domain will not blacklisted...

Warming up your domain and users just means letting smtp servers around the wiorld know that your domain exists and is safe to send. I will say that I am not a bulk email expert but to keep it safe I say 50 emails per user per day to be safe. You have to do the math after that based upon how many emails you want to send out. You can send out more at a time but risk having them go to spam. If you send out 25,000 emails not sure what time frame its the world smtp servers that will see the sending as spam and flag it and potentially flag your domain.

GHL does not have a scheduler. You can schedule a campaign to go out but not recurring. You will have to schjedule every campaign that get sent out. Thanks for watching.
