Question! With the $297 plan, it sounds like their phone/sms/email fees get charged to the agency credit card and then you have to rebill them.. is it automatic? What if their card starts declining and you're stuck with a bunch of charges? With the $497 plan, does the phone/sms/email fees get charged directly to the subaccounts credit card? Or does get charged to agencies credit card then you have to rebill? If so is that automatic? Trying to decide if I should go 297 or 497, you're videos have been super helpful so far.

the 297 plan, you would have to bill them manually for the credits. The 497 plan is automatic and you can put a mark up on them. The 497 plan credit costs get charge straight to the clients wallet. If you go for the 497 plan then you don't have to worry about being stuck with charges because it will stop sending messages if their is no balance in their wallet. Hope that helps :)

so if I create a sub-account in 297 plan for client, their email/phone texts are rebilled to them (awesome) automatically without markup.., but 497 we can have markup and the client can make their own sub-account thru some form steps?? Besides markup, everything is the same apart from who makes the sub-account? seems like the extra 200 bucks isn't worth it or am i missing something here? for someone that signs up for your affilate link, do you have some terms & conditions / privacy policy stuff I can copy? client contracts (if even needed?)? it'd be sweet to see some video on the business administrative side of things.. what you do for legal/accounting/taxes.. basically everything you do outside of high level

Being able to markup is definitely worth $200. You can create a plan for $500 and collect $500 where with affiliate you can only go as high as $297 and only collect $120.

In the trial itself, or pay $497 and then downgrade since, according to another video, there is no option to downgrade in the trial plan, only in the active plan. What plan should I choose if I’m selling conversational bots built out for businesses and they are paying for usage, but maybe not necessarily using the CRM? PS… By them paying for usage I mean their credit card is on file. Can’t that be done on the 297 plan and putting their credit card in the billing section and their sub account?

Hey Jeremy, Yes it is GHL, Leadflow is the whitelabel version in this example. $497 is the highest tier. Yes I am sure about the gatekeep. Yes all subaccounts get them, and in each subaccount you can add a new logo. on the actual agency view, the logo stays the same for each subaccount

Go for 297 if you have more than 3 clients. You will have all those features you need except the ability to rebill with a mark up on text/phone calls. But in that case you dont want it so 297 is perfect
