Scenario. If you setup the sms bought to set the appointment. Would the customer then have to fill out all their contact info again? Would any conflict come with this setup?

If porting a clients phone number, can you set it to ring in store say 3 times then go to the AI Agent? That way you give a human a chance to answer.
