Is it possible for you to do a tutorial on calendars where someone can select multiple products/services for one person. For example if someone wants cut and colour for themselves. Would also be good to see how you could do this whilst also automatically updating the time slot for the appointment (as obviously the more services someone wants the longer it would take)

You can use a custom form with payment attached for tip. However, this is a better post appointment process as most people would rather tip after the experience. I would run a follow up after the appointment asking for feedback which leads to a web page that provides option for leaving a tip and also asks for a review. Perhaps you could process this in multi steps so that you ask if they would like to leave a tip first and then the next step would go to feedback/review.

Idk if I missed something, but is this possible for hair salon where every stylist has its own station?

This would be even easier, you don't even need chairs at that point. Just be able to select the styling and only 1 booking per slot in calendar configuration. The chair config makes most sense if different chairs have different use cases. One for dying another for cutting etc.
