this was probably one of the harder mental challeneges I had to do because if you know me you know how much I love to eat and its a lot... 3k+ calories a day. kick back relax and watch me endure 100 hrs without food.

It also takes care of inflammation! All your cells go into repair mode because they don’t have to deal with metabolizing food! We fast all the time! You feel better actually! I’m so proud of you! Watch water and electrolytes!! 👍🏻

Chucky, great video of the fast. Interesting study. Got a question. If you could only do 1 sport what would it be? Just curious because you’re damn good at the whole table of challenges.

When you say flying do you mean a regular aircraft or PPG? Everyone that’s good at PPG seems to love gliding more than anything. It’s almost religious. Chucky I built flight simulator that might interest you to try if you ever get over to Orlando area. Let me know. Joe

Chucky, I did that No Food Master Cleanse once, lasted 15 days while working full time & easily could have gone longer. Felt clear headed, no food cravings after 3rd day, full of energy. The recipe was either make one large gallon quantity ..or individual single drink bottle servings at time. I mixed smaller portions with about 16-20 oz water, 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 2 tbsp pure maple syrup, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, and consumed throughout the day/evening.

Our bodies need & respond well to fasting. I agree on the 36-48 hour as probably the sweet spot. But we can do daily beneficial fasting by going OMAD or two meals a day and not grazing the rest of the time. Thanks for the video.

I've done two 3 day fasts. The first one I broke a couple hours early simply because I missed food in my mouth haha. The second one was no problem. The hardest part for me is getting past the 18-24 hour mark. After that it's a breeze. I swear both times after the 2nd day I could see better, smell better and my sense of touch was amplified. I should do another one shortly.

While in USMC boot camp we were systematically starved. Some days we received no food at all. It's a terrible feeling being super hungry like that. And when you do eat, its never enough and you get hunger pains an hour after your last meal. I remember a lot of us got sick from eating cookies and drinking coke on our last day. The sugar rush was too much for some. But its that "starving" feeling I'll never forget!

36hrs is the best for weight loss. Iv done this a few times. Mainly I’d say stop eating processed food. Int fasting is the best. I like the 18/4 fast. Eat in 4hr window. Then Fast for 18hrs.

Hi Chuck, my body has been in survival mode since I was a kid in the 1960s . As far as water is concerned I drink perhaps a few ounces a day or less ( lol Fish f#%k in it - ewww! ) . I'm in fantastic shape and my endurance is still top notch , even though I'm 63 . We will see you in four days to see your results my friend, best regards as always- Lloyd.

I would not recommend this fast to anyone. Breaking a fast with grilled meat is insane.
