I had the privilege of going to Dr. Lonsdale in 1984 when he was working in Fairview Ohio. He pumped me full of vitamins but especially B1 and turned my life around for 10 years and gave me enough health to carry a daughter. He was fantastic and extremely caring. ...Sue from Arizona

Thank you for sharing your story. I’m happy for you. Please keep sharing your story if you to anyone who you think might listen to it with an open mind. The more people learn the power of nutrients and minerals the faster we can stop the brainwashing in the medical field and people will learn to take their health back on their own as well. A population of sick people brings society to its knees and makes us easy to control. It leads to endless suffering. Again thank you for sharing your story. I’m very happy for you!

My muscles and my gut seem to be able to metabolice and work like they really should for the first time in my life, and I wasn't even aware, that there could be an upgrade. If you drink after that, you are asking for alcoholic brain damage. It's called Wernicke's Korsakoff's psychosis. I hope you have someone lined up to take care of you, be cause it's a horrible disease, and includes dementia. Also, drinking causes White Matter Disease. I went through a metabolic disease myself. It is a serious stuff that results in a degraded quality of life, in my case almost handicapization. By a series of experiments, I was able to calculate that oxygen wasn’t being uptaken properly by the cells of my body. This is how I found out about the lack of B1 as a possible culprit, and that discovery gave me a light at the end of the tunnel. It gradually, slowly returned me back to life. I knew nothing neither about Dr. Longsdale, nor about Mr. Elliot back then. But I was lucky, I was cured at the end. Later, I got my hands on the works of other people, and I was mind-blown that it was already studied. This knowledge should be more widespread, especially for those who have post-viral consequences after acquiring a popular virus of the day.

Thank you Dr. Lonsdale for your life's work.... RIP. Also thank you Elliot for spreading his work; the Lonsdale protocol has been a game changer for me with CFS. It's made a massive difference. I told my doctor about him and she has placed another CFS patient on the protocol. So as long as we keep talking about B1, the more people will benefit.

How long did you take it before you noticed a difference? I have CFS/ME and pots from covid.
@patriciamaclennan56345 ай бұрын
@@downunder1988 you build up bit by bit with the B1. If you look at Elliott's video on how to use it I would suggest adding one at a time. The one frustrating issue is as you increase dosage, you do have worse symptoms for about a week - for myself anyway. I believe everyone is different and it can be anything from a few days to a month. One thing I've noticed with myself at least, if you miss a day the fatigue hits again when resuming. I find that frustrating and it has stopped me going past 1100mg per day. If you have brain fog or general memory loss the bebfotiamine is better for that, but the TTFD is great for the general fatigue. I take CoQ10 150mg twice daily as well. Make sure you take a high quality multi B as well otherwise your B's will get out of balance plus a multi mineral is essential. The videos on the subject are very informative and clear. Hope this helps. Also if you can afford it, amino acids are very beneficial. One thing: there isn't any one "fix". All the nutrients add up to giving you some quality of life. I've tried LDN but my liver reacts badly after a few days...pain and nausea. I do take it for a few days periodically if I go into a dip and can't get out .. usually stress triggers it with me. Best of luck.
@patriciamaclennan56343 ай бұрын
@@downunder1988 it was gradual because each time you increase your dose there can appear to be a relapse. It's purely your body adjusting. Everyone is different but the take away is be kind to yourself and be patient. Also increase your mineral intake as you increase into high doses of B's. I take the Thi Assist mineral formula plus sometimes extra mineral hydration.

I was looking at myself in the mirror and noticed the limbal rings in my eyes are suddenly waaaay more pronounced than I can ever remember them being. This wasn't even something I was looking for. I hadn't thought about limbal rings at all in probably 10 years, but they were just so noticeable to me when I looked in the mirror I couldn't help but be a little shocked. It's kind of freaking me out, but some people say strong limbal rings are a sign of health.

Dr Lonsdale's book is one of the very best I have ever read for health. His views on Beri Beri and explanations were fascinating. Back in the day, before the medical industry was taken over by pharmaceutical companies, they did feeding studies. They understood scurvy, rickets, Pellagra, Beri Beri etc. We would have learned so much more had toxic medications not bullied all that out of the way. I will always appreciate what I learned from Dr Lonsdale and Chandler Marrs PhD. They are a true treasure.
