No help from the perks bro .. When he's at T1 he is speed is 4.2 and when at T2 his speed his 4.6 and T3 same speed 7.6 .. And yes when he is T3 some people feel like he is moving pretty fast ..

Yup there is a perk for myers play with food which increase the movement speed for every token he gains . Still there are some restriction for that perk to be in active
