Compact Engines come from wrenching table saws, repairable minibikes, cement mixers, and generators or as loot in various containers. Furnace Tier 2 will let you make Steel ingots, but you will need Blacksmith Forge Tier 2 to turn them into plates and other items. I would definitely focus on getting the money to get the Gas schematic as it's so hard to find and really expensive to research yourself. Then you can work on the Chem station.

All signs are pointing to "Primate needs gasoline"! I do recommend going back to get that 4-barrel pallet of gasoline cans. It's empty, so you can now pick it up and use it as fuel storage. (or keep your eyes peeled for one...they can be hard to find) Ellen's compound is awesome and full of good loot, so go with empty pockets! If for some reason you need nighttime entertainment, throwing rocks to lure zombies over to bears is a good time. My record is 9 zombies killed before the bear died (stupid fat tourist!).

@@PriMate It's one of the things in the game that always gets a laugh out of me: - Zombies rag-dolling out of hidden cupboards. Bonus points if their head bounces off of something. - Zombies going flying when you hit them with a car/motorcycle. - Zombies getting their butts whupped by a bear/dire wolf...especially when I get to "bring them together".

if you crouch and sneak while being slightly encombered you also get your weightlifting up. the best way i rekon to get that gas can is to focus your points on better bartering and make sure you use sugar butts and try get a cigar if you aint got one aredy. itl save you in long run, coz YOU KNOW as soon as the trader resets theres gonna be something else you really want, so prob best to get as much discount setup in advanced, also later you can just buy a forgetin elixer and reset your points elsewhere if youre not happy

Don't think you need to even sneak. I think just running around while a bit encumbered will get your weightlifting up. Def a good idea to go a little over if you can afford to.

Good idea mate 👍 also, what is weight lifting? Does it increase max weight limit?

@@PriMate Weight lifting is for your carry capacity, but it's a skill that increases 1 by 1 the same as chopping wood or mining, where a point into pack mule gives you a larger bump, but doesn't increase the "skill". Just an extra way to carry more, if more slowly gained.

I'd get the maintenance station sooner vs later. Makes repairing cheaper so no need to pay Jen bulk coin for your augur, etc.
