Great guests. Nice job interviewing them Nick. Great adds Amanda. Sorry for a negative final comment - having lots of trouble watching Genevieve. Her behavior, timing, school-girl-like chatter turns me off to the podcast after several years of enjoying it. Plus it’s too many people chattering now. I understand building a team and needing more staff but some should work in the background like Derrick rather than foreground. IF Genevieve HAS to be on (I don’t know why I have a strong negative reaction to her) - maybe switch back and forth but not have all the women on all at once. Please !!

September 28,2023, Happy Birthday Nick ! Talking about divorce , when I paid his lawyer $10,000 dollars. Than his girlfriend wanted money from my father's house . When you can rent a house for $500 dollars a month. We should a paid rent an apartment for $800 A month. What you get yourself into, just live poor! Why do I have to put up with others problems.
