Stratford is a multiple time pb course for me and Ryan 👀 it can get quite congested on the last lap or so but it's definitely a quick one 🔥

We would say Warwick is probably about 10/20 seconds slower but we know people going sub 15 at Warwick so it's definitely a fast course 🙌

Great running but I was stressed out seeing all the congestion on the course! I recommend Berkeley Green parkrun for a fast time and it's definitely the most fun you can have at a Nuclear Power Station. It's quirky so plenty of vlog content at that one too! Loving your work

Congrats to the whole group, great effort. Maybe try Leicester Watermeads for your next PB attempt, I reckon it's slightly faster than Walsall. Several of us Northbrookers went there a couple of months ago and PBs/SBs all round. Trying to think what this secret next race is, presumably not Stratford 6? Bit far away to be 'next', but are you going to the XC nationals next month?
